The Ocarina area now has dungeon maps. Two new areas have been added: The Purple Crystal Catacombs (for the which you will need a key to sit on your table after you kill Dephil in Everlasting Cage), and the City of Roots. For this you must kill Blue Magpie from the Purple Crystal Catacombs.

The Bloody Shovel can be now farmed in the Mine in Act 2.
It is also possible to give the Blood of the Sacredwood the three cultist woman above the pit. This is thought to be the trigger condition to spawn a miniboss within the main game, where the Broodmother lurks. It is something I haven’t tried, so I cannot confirm.
