Black Adam Delays in the effects work cause the date to be postponed

DC fans need to wait a bit longer until Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam makes its big screen debut. Warner Bros. recently pushed the release back by some months. The film is now scheduled to be released in cinemas on July 20, but will be released on 20th October.Black Adam Delays in the effects work cause the date to be postponedThe reason behind the delay is due to a delay in the process of completing the effects of the film. Producer Hiram Garcia has told the newspaper the film is facing current issues in this particular area of the industry. Demand is growing and a backlog resulting from the pandemic could make other productions delayed in the next few months.

Alongside Johnson, Black Adam also features Noah Centino as Atom Smasher, Aldis Hodge as Hawkman as well as Quintessa Swindell in the role of Cyclone. Along along with Doctor Fate, played by Pierce Brosnan, the three heroes make up an organization called the Justice Society of America. The cast comprises Sarah Shahi, Marwan Kenzari James Cusati-Moyer Bodhi Sabongui Mo Amer and Uli Latukefu.

It was produced by Jaume Collet-Serra ( The Shallows ) and the screenplay was written by Adam Sztykiel. It movie is Johnson and Collet-Serra’s first film collaboration. The duo has recently collaborated for Disney’s Jungle Cruise .
