Blizzard Entertainment has opened beta registrations for Diablo 4 with a surprise. It seems it has removed the PS4 and Xbox One versions. It’s not surprising considering that the launch is still quite a ways off and that the older generation consoles are about to sunset.
You can connect to the battle.net games page to get a new ticket which invites you to sign up. It is available on two platforms: battle.net (PC), Xbox X, X, and S and X. Since then, the Xbox One and PS4 versions that were previously announced have not changed.
However, Blizzard never spoke to anyone about it in the past. It is possible that Blizzard chose to have a slow removal. He didn’t even communicate with anyone, even though he had pre-registered. The suggestion is for the future beta test, but it doesn’t specify the number of future tests. It’s not surprising that everything is vague. Given the many years since the announcement, there is at least a chance that something will move.
The Diablo Immortal is still not very popular, despite the fact that it is causing controversy for its microtransactions.
