How do you find the pinata?

This feat is achieved in the final chapter (called Drift Club Mexico), of the’Drift Club Horizon Story on Mexico’s map.

The pinata will be found in the first chapter of the chapter, when you drive the HOONIGAN GYMKHANA 10-Ford FOCUS RS and you reach the first roundabout. Screenshots to refer:
