Warner Bros. and DC have released new gameplay footage of Nightwing and Red Hood, Gotham Knights’ heroes.
The Gotham Knights team stated that “The new video presents an extended look at both characters as they bring justice Gotham City’s criminal elements while also investigating clues surrounding the mysterious Court of Owls.”
“In this gameplay walkthrough you can see each hero’s fighting style and open-world traversal capabilities. Nightwing’s unique aerial combat and aerial glider, Red Hood’s powerful leaping ability, and Red Hood’s dual firearm skills. Check out the video below.
Pre-order the game now to get your hands on these new characters. The game will be released on October 25th. You can order it through the Epic Games Store or Microsoft Store.
The developers revealed that Gotham Knights won’t be available on the current generation consoles in order to provide players with the best gameplay experience. We will also have to say goodbye our PS4 and Xbox One dreams.
What do you get when you preorder? As with many other games, there are several editions.
The Gotham Knights Standard Edition does exactly what it says on its tin. This is the most basic edition of Gotham Knights, and will not include any bells or whistles.
The Gotham Knights Deluxe Edition is next. This edition includes the base game, as well as the Visionary Pack DLC which contains exclusive gear, cosmetics and Beyond Suitstyle character skins. Warner Bros. and DC have yet to say what that extra is.
The Gotham Knights Collector’s Edition is finally here. This handsome fellow comes with all the perks and the Deluxe edition. It also includes an augmented reality collectable pin. A 16-page media book. An exclusive Gotham City map. And “more” (again, with an elusive final).
The Gotham Knights team also revealed that all pre-orders will be eligible for the 233 Kustom Batcycle skin at launch. This skin was inspired by the vehicle’s debut in DC’s Detective Comics #233. Nice!
