Walkthrough of Rime Room Escape Guide
Guide to normal endings – Step by step
1- key – Open the top drawer on the desk to find the key
2- Battery: Use the key to open the electric box (backwall) and remove the key.
3- Binoculars – Walk through the elevator door and take the binoculars (right) from the wall to get out.
4- Signs – Use the binoculars located at the window above the main entrance.
5- Knob Tap the draw (table), and then use the symbols. The answer is: Right, left left, right and left.
6- Remote control unit – Once it is out of the drawer, you can place the bateries (step 2) on the panel and close it.
7- Fuse : A pattern of shapes can be found in the box near the main door (right). Tap the button with the same shapes on the remote control, then tap the rectangle. Tap the right button on the wall box, then open it and get the fuse.
8- Fuse II : Tap the floor (left), and then take another fuse. Place both fuse in the box.
9- Empty container: Get out of the Elevador and climb to the 2nd Floor (left lever), then get out and collect the empty can (right).
10- Hook – Continue to the top, then open the metal box and remove the hook.
11- Phillips Head: Return to the elevator, but outside tap the hole in the lower left corner to obtain Phillips head. Then use the elevator to go to the ground level
String
12- String : First, interact with the knife (table), then go to your inventory and select the binocular. Use it with your knife to get the string. Then, combine it with a hook
13- Drawer knowledge: To get the drawer knob, use the hook+string in the vent at the floor (left side of the elevator).
14- Matches – Open the drawer with the lower part of the desk and use the knob to get the matches
15- Small Metal Fixture: Tap on the bench vice (table), then use the Phillips head and vice jaws to get the small metal fixture. Don’t forget the phillips holder!
16- Newspaper: Get it from the same table
17- Take the sheet of paper from the top. This will provide you with a hint for the next step
18- Switches : Tap on the box left of the main entrance, then use the small metal fixture to lock the door and slide to the right. 19- pins: Set the pins for the padlock at the main door (bottom bolt) according to the room’s lights. To open the main door, tap the button at its botton.
20- Square section: Outside, in the snow
21- : Use the empty can to store the snow
Hot water
22- Heat water: Go to the stove and place the newspaper there. It will be lit with matches. Next, place the empty can of snow on the stove and then take it.
23- screwdriver: Pour the hot water into the freezer bucket (backdoor – outside), then take the handle of the screwdriver and use the Phillips head to obtain the screwdriver.
24- Ironbox: Use the ladder to climb the ladder. Tap the catch at the top of the door to open it. Once the door is opened, tap the catch to release the latch. Find the box and use your screwdriver to tighten the screws. The symbol diagram can be found in the box. Tap the rectagle on the remote control unit and tap the buttons according to the symbol diagram. Go to the balcony and open the metal box. Take the iron box.
25- Round portion: Use the elevator to reach the second floor, and then use the ladder for the return to the ground level. Take the right plate (round part) from the shaft and open the elevator door.
26- Key: Tap the hole in the wall, and then use a match to find the key.
27- Spanner – XXX Puzzle: Use a key to unlock the wooden crate close (left) the main door. Next, find the clues in the three places marked with an “X” (right wall, top, small desk, and above table on wall). Answer: Top – Left, Middle-Right, Bottom – 2nd from the far right. Tap the square
28- Iron Rod: Use the spanner to remove the nut and chain from the main door.
29- Turn the crank handle to the left. Tap to the frame to the right. Next, remove the nuts using the spanner and then open the frame
Coin & Book
30- Coin & Book – Go to the elevator shaft (requires elevator on 2nd floor), and use the crank handle (right). Turn it on and then take the book and coin from the left door.
31- Elevator : Open the elevator door on the 2nd floor. Use the iron rod (down left) to get into the elevator.
32- Key: Tap on the plate (2 screws), then use the coin with both screws to get the key
33- Crumpled newspaper: Return to the 2nd floor. You can now open the balcony box. Grab the crumpled newspaper, unfold it, and you will find the triangular portion and the paper (which has a clue).
34- Wire brush : From the ground floor, use the 2 paper clues to guide you. Place the square (top left), triangle (middle), and circle (lower right) in the iron box. Then tap the lever (right).
35- Parchment : Hidden behind the picture on the back wall is a dirty plate. Use the brush to clean it and the remote control’s diagram to find the parchment.
36- 3 Dial Lock: This can be found in the wooden crate, main door. Use the wire brush to clean the dials. You’ll find a 4 letter word. Solution: snow

Rime Room Escape Guide – True Ending
You must first get the normal ending, then:
1- Latch: Remove the padlock from the main door. Next, remove the latch.
2- Paper fragment: The elevator must be on the 2nd Floor. Use the latch to remove the 4 screws at the back of your shaft. Grab the iron plate and flip it over to get the paper fragment.
3- Paper Fragment II: Take the ladder to the 2nd floor, climb into the elevator and then get in the elevator. Place the paper fragment onto the first page of the book. Next, go to the elevator door on the 2nd floor. Pull the lever against the wall. Return to the ground floor (ladder), then go to the elevator shaft and tap on the hole. The padlock and the latch can be combined to make the chain. Pull the lever and go back to the elevator door at the 2nd floor. In the lower left corner, you will see a symbol. You will need to match it with the buttons on the remote control and activate it in order to open the chest.
4- True ending: Place Paper fragment II on the 1st Page of the Book to finally achieve the true ending
