How to obtain infinite Starfall seeds in Rune Factory 5.
First
Find a starfall rock first. You should find it near Kelve Lava Caves. This is the only one I have tested.
Next, then last
Next, extract the starfall rock from the mine and collect the seeds that it drops. Reload your save to try again if it doesn’t drop any seeds.
Next, go back to your save point and save again. Right after, reload your save. You will see the starfall rock again. Rinse and continue to do this for as many seeds you like.

This might not work with your starfall, but it could be the one right in front of Kelve Caves. Please let me know if you have any other suggestions!
This proved to be a good idea. I was able to get two stacks of seeds in just 10 minutes.
