Pokemon Go is a Sustainability Week event. Niantic’s Sustainability Week event will see Oranguru make his debut, and Shiny will be the first time that other Pokemon appear.
Sustainability Week Pokemon Go – Intro
Event: Sustainability Week, will begin April 20 (10:00 GMT) through April 25 . It will end April 25 at 20:00 GMT.
This is a special event in which all Pokemon trainers can connect and work together to make the planet more sustainable. Each trainer must cover 5km during Stufful Community Day. Niantic will plant one tree for every trainer who covers the distance. Your efforts will be appreciated by the planet.
We remind you also that Community Day-Stufful event meetings will take place in different parts of the globe. Community Day, Stufful.

Completely Timed Research During Community Day
Saturday, April 23, 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. (local)
You will be required to complete several tasks. Each task will require you to travel just 1 km. Once you unlock the task, you will encounter Cherubi.

Ula’ula Island Special Study
It is available from April 12 to June 1.
To unlock the Ula-Ula Island Special Investigation, you must first complete the special investigations.
You will receive an extra Special Research if you complete all Alola Special Research by June 1st.

Alola Pokemon go Event Season. It will begin on April 1 at 10 a.m. local time and will last for 3 months (almost the entire spring). It will then end on June 1, at 10 a.m. local time.

A Mega Moment > All Pokemon that can Mega Evolve in the wild will be appearing more often until Saturday, May 1, 2022 at 8:00 PM local time. Mega-Kangaskhan’s Mega Raid Day will be held on Sunday, May 1st, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. local.
Pokemon Air Adventures > From Tuesday, May 3rd, through Sunday, May 8th. From Tuesday, May 3, through Sunday, May 8, the first Legendary Pokemon we can mega-evolve will be:
- Mega-Latias
- Mega-Latios
Water Festival > From Thursday, May 12 to Friday, May 20. Pokemon Go will show a significant increase in Water-type Pokemon.
Alola To Alola > We will be able finish and end all events from Wednesday, May 25, through Tuesday, May 31 in order to access a Special Investigation.
