In the near future those who love Silent Hill can get another adaptation. According to Director Christophe Gan, who released Silent Hill in 2006 with Rada Mitchell, he just completed production on a brand new film that were based on the game.
The director said that a lot has changed since his previous movie adaptation Silent Hill. This film is an entirely different story set that takes place in a dark and mysterious world with mystical themes that were present in Silent Hill the first game. As per Christoph Hahn, he tried to make a film that would satisfy the fan’s desire to be a hit and also attract new fans.
The next Silent Hill will be released in 2023, according the report.
