The Mandalorian Season 3 has finished filming

Filming for the Mandalorian Season 3 is likely over. Carl Weathers, actor, confirmed this on Twitter. Filming began in October last year and lasted for almost six months. It is unknown when exactly the new episodes are going to be released. Disney+ is likely to continue following the same release model as previous seasons. Fans can expect a launch at the end of this year.

The new season’s details are still not known. It is known that Carl Weathers and Giancarlo Emposito will be reprising their roles from the previous seasons. Pedro Pascal will likely focus on speaking the Mandalorian as he was filming The Mandalorian at the same time.

Christopher Lloyd was the only actor new to be announced in advance. Llyod will appear in an episode on Season 3. No details are available yet.

The Mandalorian will continue, but Obi-Wan Kenobi‘s debut is still to come. On May 27, Disney+ will premiere the Star Wars miniseries. The Rogue One prequel Andor will also be available this year. This is not yet scheduled.
