They’re rumoured to be working on a new Crash Bandicoot

Jez Corden, the host of the Xbox Two podcast, revealed that Toys For Bob is currently working on Crash Bandicoot which is a multiplayer-based game.

The podcast’s host, Rand Al Thor and Miles Dompier, a Windows Central journalist, discussed the possibility of announcements between Summer Game Fest and Xbox & Bethesda Showcase and other events.

Rand Al Thor said that Toys for Bob was working on Crash Bandicoot at the beginning of the discussion. This was ahead of Corden who didn’t seem inclined to disclose this information before. Jez Corden later added that this was a multiplayer game for four people, in a gesture of brawlership.

You should take the rumors with a grain of salt. It could be a brand new game, or, like the classic Crash Bash where four people compete in mini-games, it could be an old game.

Toys for Bob is the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 studios. However, the team appears to be working on an entirely different project, which could be the Crash Bandicoot.
