Frontier Developments has released a new video about F1 Manager 2022. It gives you a glimpse into the game’s development process. A set of games is the first episode. This episode introduces the captain to each team. This is the person who oversees each team’s success. This is your boss. You are responsible for recruiting, retaining drivers, staff, and preparing and implementing your racing strategy. This summer’s season will be the last.

Episode 1: Be the Boss teaches players the duties of the F1 team boss. They are responsible for everything from securing highly-praised drivers and staff to engineering equipment and setting the race weekend strategy. F1Manager 2022 will see players drive every decision in both short- and long-term terms as they attempt to lead their team to victory in the 2022 FIA Formula One World Championship. David Braben is the founder of Frontier. Andy Fletcher is the Game Director. Andy leads players through a factory tour’ in F1Manager 2022, with Matt Dickinson and a development group.
Ross Brawn (Managing Director Formula One), says that stepping into the shoes and thinking of a team principal will give you a unique insight into F1’s different side. As a way to achieve the team’s goals and exceed their expectations, players will learn how to manage the tyre chosen by 2022 F1 constructor. Team bosses must work effectively to balance short-term gains with long-term progress. This includes conceiting and repairing new parts. The project will be run smoothly while the team works on next year’s design. It is important that the team and player invest in key drivers, equipment and staff members.
