Rainbow Six Siege MUTE Protocol returns with a spin on Gun Game

Rainbox Six Siege’s quirky MUTE Protocol is back in August, with a brand new mode that’s inspired by gun games. In this mode, you’ll enhance your weapon through eliminating enemies

A co-op Gameplay: FPS Rainbow Six Siege Protocol is back this month with a brand new game mode dubbed Arms Race to the Objective. From August 2 to 23you can embark part in this action-packed mode to win a brand fresh collection of Flesh and Metal skins by eliminating enemies and improving your weapon.

The current MUTE protocol includes robots against each other and an organics team’. Teams are symmetrical, and have an identical design. The objective is to improve your weapon until you get to the ultimate version which is the golden hammer which you can then smash down the tank that holds a gigantic brain in order to win the round.

It’s similar to the “gun game” mode within other FPS games. You upgrade your weapon each time you take a hit. Respawns are available, and each time you are hit, the weapon will be reduced by a level.

Attackers begin with Smoke’s FMG-9. the defenders start with Mute’s MP5K.

As is the norm, MUTE Protocol takes place on a special edition that is part of the Comm Tower map. Each match is comprised of three rounds and each match takes place on a different part of the map.

This year’s MUTE Protocol event will feature new uniforms as well as headgear and weapons for your employees However, you can also get new five-year MUTE Protocol cosmetics for some you didn’t get. Ubisoft states that if you’ve purchased any of the bundles at the last MUTE Protocol events, then you’ll receive the appropriate operator card at no cost this year.
