The filming of Zack Snyder’s Rebel Moon has been on the go for a couple of weeks, a casting change is now made public. This means that Rupert Friend left the project and was replaced by Ed Skrein ( Deadpool ). Skrein is set to play the main antagonist of the film.
Friend who was initially set to play the character however, was not able to be a part of the sci-fi flick due to scheduling problems. Alongside Cleopatra Coleman ( Dopesick ), Fra Fee ( Hawkeye ) and Rhian Rees ( Nope ) Three cast commitments were confirmed.
Rebel Moon revolves around a peaceful community on an edge in the universe, which may be threatened by the soldiers of a dictator who is a dictator tyrant known as Balisarius. In desperate need, the residents are forced to send a young lady with an unidentified past to seek aid. To find help she goes to other planets in the vicinity, and employs rebels to fight.
