XilaMonstrr says Bethesda has already started to update and fixing the issue. The mod page urged people to file complaints and to raise awareness about the issue. In the following days, XilaMonstrr said that if their mod has a large amount of downloaded files, they’ll make a donation for Trans Lifeline, an LGBTQ+ group.

Unfortunately, XilaMonstrr does have an mod titled “Lesbians in Skyrim”, which appears to be implementing the “s” section of the post-disk. There are several amazing mods on their site such as Dwemer motorbikes homo-inflation mods, cat cat with Daedric armor and much other mods.
There’s a Dear Bethesda letter wrote on Bethesda.net and XilaMonstrr claims it is working to address the concerns, but it does not mean it has addressed the issue publicly.
