Twisted Metal Stephanie Beatriz signed for the video game adaptation

The lineup of the forthcoming adaptation of the famous gaming series Twisted Metal has been tripled. According to The Deadline informs us, Stephanie Beatriz ( Brooklyn Nine-Nine ) will be starring as a co-star with Antony Mackie ( The Falcon and the Winter Soldier ).

She’s a wild, tough car thief who operates in a way that is purely instinctual and as formidable like the eruption of a volcano. Growing up in a society which has kept her quiet, Quiet tries to find her place in the chaos. However, she must first get her revenge, and for that she joins a suspect collaboration with the charming milkman John Doe (Antony Mackie).

He is suffering from memory loss and every day has a chance for a better future. To achieve this, he must embark on a gruelling automobile journey. With the help of Quiet, he fights off massive looters, their destructible vehicles, and other roads, which include the deranged clown driving an all too well-known Ice Cream Truck.

The concept for the series with a high-octane ambiance was conceived by the Two Deadpool screenwriters Rhett Reese as well as Paul Wernick, while Michael Jonathan Smith ( Cobra Kai ) is the showrunner and screenwriter. Kitao Sakurai ( The Eric Andre Show ) is appointed to direct. It’s unclear the number of episodes he will be in the studio for. In addition, the amount of episodes the show will be comprised of. The series has no official start date set yet. The show is being developed for the NBCUniversal Peacock streaming platform.
