You can unlock 18 Mythic medals by following these steps:
- Fastball – Kill an enemy using the impact of a thrown bomb
- Ninja – Kill your enemy by jumping over them and hitting them with melee.
- Overkill – Kill 4 or more enemies in rapid succession
- Killtacular – Kill 5 or more enemies in rapid succession
- Killtrocity – Kill 6 or more enemies in rapid succession
- Killamanjaro – Kill 7 or more enemies in rapid succession
- Killtastrophe – Kill 8 or more enemies in rapid succession
- Killpocalypse – Kill 9 or more enemies in rapid succession
- Killionaire – Kill 10 or more enemies in quick succession
- Perfection – Win a game with more than 15 kills and zero deaths
- Quigley – Kill 2+ enemies in a single S7 Sniper round
- Remote Detonation – Kill an enemy with a grenade
- Running Riot – Kill 15 or more enemies without dying
- Rampage – Kill 20 or more enemies without dying
- Nightmare – Kill 25 or more enemies without dying
- Boogeyman – Kill 30 or more enemies without dying
- Grim Reaper – Kill 35 enemies or more and not die
- Demon – Kill 40 or more enemies without dying

Only one achievement is worthy of a mythic award:
- Style: Slay with Style: Receive a Mythic Medal for a matchmade game
To unlock this achievement, unlock any of the Mythic medals previously unlocked. The mythic medals can be the most difficult to earn. Here are some tips.

It is possible to unlock it by playing with bots, so go to the main menu to play in Bot Bootcamp and earn any of your multiple killing spree medals
