  • Shoto Todoroki / (Post-Struggle) > Green > Tier 2
  • Shota Aizawa (Blink of the Eye) > More effective in PvE than PvP.
  • Mirio Togata (Reach Them) > PvP is better than PvE.
  • Momo Yaoyorozu (Ever ready) > More effective in PvE as opposed to PvP.

  • Izuku Midoriya/ (Expectations) > Blue > Tier 3. in PvE , which is higher than PvP
  • Izuku Midoriya/ (My Capacity) • Yellow is Tier 3.. PvP
  • Tomura Shigaraki (Awakening) > red > Tier 3 in PvE , which is higher than PvP

In the Tier List in Tier List 4 you’ll find weak characters. They might be able to perform in a particular situation however they’re not recommended in MHA Ultra Impact
