Riot Games surprised everyone at the Xbox & Bethesda2022 Games Showcase.
Marc Merrill, Riot’s co-founder, revealed that his studio will be partnering with Xbox Game Pass in 2015. This year, subscribers will have access to hundreds of dollars of content. Teamfight Techniques, and Legends of Runeterra will also receive bonuses.
League of Legends has been a hugely popular video game. Riot’s competitive shooter Valorant is also very popular. Each game offers players unique characters that they can use in battle and there are always more. Wild Rift is the mobile version of League of Legends. It works in a similar way. These heroes can be purchased with in-game currency, real-world cash, or an in-game currency. Riot fans will be able to access these characters through Game Pass.
Subscribing for Game Pass Ultimate will unlock a rotation of Little Legends, tiny avatars for Teamfight Tactics members. Subscribers will be able to unlock the Foundations Set for Legends of Runeterra Riot’s PvP game.
This Game Pass deal will not be made immediately. Riot will share more information about their partnership over the “coming months.”
